Brief Introduction:
Vibration Absorber is made of metal bellow which has excellent flexibility and vibration absorbing capacity, tightly covered by high intensity protecting wire braid, fixed with two metal rings, then welded with copper socket. Therefore it also has excellent pressure-resistant capacity.
Installation Instructions:
The compressor supported by spring damping cushion is required to be installed with flexible hose (vibration absorber) on suction and discharge pipes, to prevent vibration and noise of the compressor conducted through refrigerant pipelines.
Vibration absorber shall be installed as close to the compressor as possible, along with the axis of the compressor's crankshaft. The start-up moment of motor makes compressor swing toward both sides, while vibration absorber which installed in line with crankshaft would easily adapt to such movement. Horizontally installed absorber can not be vertical with curvilinear axis.
Hose shall be kept in horizontally or vertical position, which is not in line with compressors, to avoid static pulling or pressing stress;
2. Any collision with hard object must be avoided before or after installation;
3. The temperature should be strictly controlled. The welding seam of the tube should be protected by wet rag, to ensure brazed joint wouldn’t leak because of over-heating.

Application:
Vibration Absorber is applied in connection between circulating tube and compressors of air-conditioning, refrigerators, congealers and etc., to absorb vibration caused by the compressors and protect the whole tube system.
